Amy specialises in all areas of family law, specifically focusing on the financial matters arising during a relationship breakdown. Amy also advises on divorce, separation, child-related matters, pre/post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation, civil partnerships, domestic violence, variation of orders, and child maintenance. |
Clients: |
Amy is instructed by a number of private clients across East Anglia and also acts for international clients involved in cross-border disputes. Amy is trained as a collaborative lawyer and, as a member of Resolution, is focused on building a structured settlement around a client's needs. Amy represents a number of agricultural and professional clients. |
Career to date: |
Educated at Wymondham High School , Amy joined Rogers & Norton as a trainee in 2002 after completing the LPC at Guildford College of Law. Amy joined the Family Law Department in 2004 and became a partner in 2008. In 2011, Amy was promoted to Head of Family Law. Amy is also the brainchild of the successful ladies' networking group 'Plonc'. |
After work: |
Amy enjoys running and socialising with friends and family. She loves travelling and sampling different cultures and food. Places visited so far include China , Malaysia , and Australia .
