rogers and norton > services > licensing. Temporary Event NoticesAll "licenseable activities" can be carried out for a period of not more than 96 hours under the authority of a "Temporary Event Notice" (TEN). No more than 12 temporary events lasting a total of not more than 15 days can take place at any particular premises. Personal license holders can have no more than 50 TENs in any one year and Premises users who do not hold Personal Licenses can hold no more than 5 in any one year. We can advise on TENs & whether it would be more appropriate for a Premises Licence to be applied for. Contact Bruce Faulkner for more information. |
