Margaret Smith Associate
Margaret attended the University of Sussex where she gained a BA in History before training to be a solicitor and completing her Law Society Finals at City of London Polytechnic and qualifying in 1982. Margaret advises on all aspects of Wills, including tax planning, Probate and Trusts, together with Powers of Attorney and issues relating to mental capacity. Margaret is also interested in contentious probate and is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust & Probate Specialists. She is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Law Society Probate Section.
