Role: |
Hannah specialises in personal injury matters, handling a variety of cases arising from road traffic accidents, to include claims pursued via the Motor Insurers' Bureau, employer liability, public liability, industrial diseases and criminal injury claims. Hannah handles cases that vary in complexity and value, dealing with instructions from inception through to conclusion and including both fast-track and multi-track cases. |
Clients: |
Hannah acts for clients on a "conditional fee" basis, under a policy of legal expense insurance or on a private basis. These include people who have been involved in road traffic accidents both in this country and abroad, accidents at work, tripping and slipping accidents, industrial disease claims and clients who have been involved in accidents while partaking in a sporting activity. She deals with all aspects of the claim, including advising on jurisdiction and liability. |
Career to date: |
Hannah has been employed by Rogers & Norton since 1997 and has been working in the capacity of a fee-earner in the Personal Injury Department since 2000. During this time she has successfully obtained her ILEX membership examinations, qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in February 2008. |
