Tim Nobbs
Tim is a Partner and joint head of the firm's Personal Injury Department with his fellow Partner Mark Hambling. He has 28 years experience of handling Personal Injury claims of all types. Tim is also experienced in clinical negligence work cases having included mis-diagnosis, missed fractures, failed surgical procedures and other issues ranging from those of a minor nature up to those with catastrophic consequences. Tim conducts claims against the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority for the victims of crimes of violence.
As joint head of the Department he handles a varying case load, from the most serious of cases to more modest claims, providing each case the same level of skill care and attention. Tim also supervises a team of lawyers within the department handling cases of varying levels of complexity.
Instructions are accepted on a No win No fee Basis, by private instruction or from legal expense insurers, either by the clients request to use Tim or by way of introduction from the insurer.
