Bruce Faulkner

Bruce is a partner in the firms Commercial Department specialising in Commercial Property & Licensing work. He deals mainly with Leasehold transactions and Landlord & Tenant work and also has considerable experience of dispute resolution in relation to property matters including lease renewals, rent reviews and dilapidations claims.

Bruce acts for many owners and occupiers of licensed premises and in connection with his Licensing work acts as "Legal Eagle" for the Norfolk Pubwatch Association.
