Role: |
Jenna advises on debt recovery, contract claims and insolvency matters. She is also experienced in securing and enforcing Return of Goods Orders throughout the UK in relation to goods which are the subject of hire purchase agreements under the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Jenna is also able to act on the recovery of unpaid debts and advises on letters and demands before action, the issue of County Court and High Court proceedings, obtaining judgment (default and summary), time order and debt relief orders, the issue of enforcement proceedings and the issue and service of statutory demands, bankruptcy petitions and winding up petitions. |

Jenna acts for private and corporate clients and also a national finance company, advising on general litigation matters. |
Career to date: |
Jenna joined Rogers & Norton in 2004 as a legal secretary and has worked in the litigation, personal injury and family departments. She successfully completed her Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) examinations via correspondence and moved into a fee-earning role within the litigation department upon completing her exams.
Jenna was admitted as a Chartered Legal Executive in April 2012.
