Position:

Partner and Head of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department

Role:

Tim specialises in personal injury and clinical negligence work, dealing with injuries sustained on the roads, in the workplace and in the street, shops, nightclubs and the like.

More recently, Tim has also been focusing on clinical negligence work and has dealt with cases involving misdiagnosis, missed or delayed diagnosis, nerve and vascular damage, damage sustained at birth or in the immediate aftermath and leading to catastrophic injury.

Clients:

Tim's work is from private individuals who are often distressed and traumatised by recent events or simply looking to someone who can empathise with their situation. He sees his role as helping them to recognise their right to pursue a claim and seek redress.

Career to date:

Following qualification, Tim moved to a Norfolk practice where he initiated and developed its personal injury department, before joining Rogers & Norton shortly after its inception in 1982, achieving partnership some six years later.

Tim enjoys walking, is an avid supporter of Norwich City and, when not involved with his family, he enjoys the peace and quiet of his garden.
