Role: |
Tina specialises in all aspects of personal injury litigation. This includes dealing with public liability or employer liability claims (for example - defective products, slipping or tripping incidents in public places, and accidents at work). Her work also covers industrial disease claims such as mesothelioma and asbestosis. Tina also acts for clients who have been involved in road traffic incidents and claims to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority and the Motor Insurers' Bureau. |
Clients: |
Tina acts for a number of private clients across East Anglia and beyond. Instructions are accepted on a 'no-win, no-fee' basis and also where the client has legal expenses insurance or by private instruction. Tina will see clients in the office, at home and, if necessary, at hospital - and has a committed approach to providing the client with the best advice. |
Career to date: |
Tina qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1987. She joined Rogers & Norton having spent many years with a national firm. Tina is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel, demonstrating that her skills, knowledge and experience have been independently assessed by the Law Society and approved. |
