Role: |
Graham deals with the general day-to-day running of the practice, reporting directly to the Managing Partner. He has an extremely varied role, including providing support to the Staff Partner as well as being responsible for all premises and HR issues. He is also heavily involved in the promotion of the practice, with particular emphasis on arranging events and fund-raising for charity each year. His role could be best described as "wide-ranging and varied in the extreme". |
Clients: |
Graham in the past has had lots of contact with clients through working in financial services and is now concerned with dealing with professional contacts of the firm. He is well known to clients of the practice, however, through arranging many varied PR events over the past years and continually arranges various functions and events to attract new clients to Rogers & Norton. |
Career to date: |
Graham started his career with the Halifax when it was a building society and completed 20 years with the Halifax . He was Assistant Manager at the Norwich branch for 10 years prior to joining Rogers & Norton in 1988. He holds an FPC qualification for giving financial advice but has concentrated on Practice Management since 2006. |

After work: |
A keen and active sportsman in younger days, Graham now plays golf whenever he can and enjoys fishing. He also enjoys gardening and DIY - but is rubbish at it! |
