Amanda specialises in residential conveyancing, dealing with various transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, right-to-buys, repossessions and auctions of both freehold and leasehold residential properties. She also has acted for many property developers in respect of plot sales and deals with both registered and unregistered land.

Clients:

Amanda deals with many existing residential clients, builders and property investors. She also handles referrals from local estate agents and other local businesses.

Career to date:

Having grown up and been educated in Norfolk , Amanda started her working career as a legal secretary at law firm Eversheds. She joined Rogers & Norton in 2001 as a legal secretary and started studying.

Amanda became a conveyancing executive in 2003. She initially worked in the Commercial Property Department where she dealt with both commercial and residential property matters, including lease agreements and acting for various developers in respect of plot sales.

After having a baby in 2009, she returned to work in 2010 - working on a job-share basis in the Residential Conveyancing Department.

After work:

Amanda is a busy mum and is currently renovating her house with her husband. In her spare time she enjoys holidays, cooking and socialising with friends and family.
