Catherine specialises in wills, trusts, the administration of estates, inheritance tax planning and Powers of Attorney. She also advises elderly clients on the conduct of their affairs, tax planning and the financing of care home fees. |

Catherine's clients are drawn from all walks of life, ranging from those of very modest means to multi-millionaires with substantial property and business interests, and everyone in between. |
Career to date: |
Catherine attended Norwich High School and read Law at the London School of Economics. She was a trainee in the City of London and was close enough to the Old Bailey to feel the blast when it was bombed in 1973. She qualified as a solicitor in 1974 and, after a career break, returned to Norfolk , where she has worked for various firms, including Hansells, Capron & Helliwell and Eversheds.
She joined Rogers & Norton in 1998 as the firm's only probate specialist. Since then, the department has expanded to employ four solicitors and a legal executive and has been listed in the Legal 500 since 2005. Catherine has been a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 1995, Solicitors for the Elderly since 2004 and the Law Society's Probate Section since 2006. |
