Role: |
Peter specialises in commercial litigation, particularly contract disputes, directors' and shareholders' claims, and partnership disputes. He also specialises in construction litigation (including arbitration and adjudication), insolvency claims (corporate, personal and fraud) and disputes with HMRC (including appeals, detention and seizure of goods, missing trader claims). Peter is very experienced in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation, and is fully experienced in injunctions. |

Peter acts for small and medium-sized businesses across East Anglia, national and international clients, PLCs, insolvency practitioners, directors, shareholders and partners. He also acts for clients in retail and manufacturing, construction, healthcare (especially GP partnerships), alcohol and warehousing/transport, sport and leisure, and agriculture. Peter has dealt with several multi-million pound claims. Peter successfully arbitrated a £1 million claim within three weeks. |

Educated at Woodbridge School, Peter completed his law exams at De Montfort University, Leicester. Having qualified as a Legal Executive in 1993, Peter qualified as a solicitor in 2001. |
