Role:

Tracey primarily assists Andrew Crotch and also supports other colleagues within the Wills and Probate Department. Her work involves the drafting of wills, together with the applications for grants of representation and dealing with the day-to-day administration and distribution of estates.

Clients:

Tracey helps Andrew Crotch with his wide range of private clients. Bereavement is a very difficult time and Tracey ensures that the administration procedure runs as effortlessly as possible. Both Andrew and Tracey work closely together making sure that all clients are given the best possible individual, professional and efficient service.

Career to date:

Tracey began work in the legal profession at a local firm of solicitors in 1979 as a secretary in the conveyancing department. She joined Crotch Brenner & Dunkley in 1984 and worked for several years for Andrew Crotch, dealing mainly with conveyancing matters. After a career break, she returned to work for Andrew at Crotch Partnership in 1992 and joined Rogers & Norton in 2000. In 2005 she obtained the Institute of Legal Executives Professional Higher Diploma in Law (Probate Practice).

What people say:

Clients often comment on the sympathetic, helpful and friendly way in which Tracey deals with matters. One client wrote recently after her mother's estate had been finalised: "Thank you for all the care you have taken." Other clients have commented on the "fast and efficient service in completing their wills".

After work:

Tracey is married with two girls who are both at university. Much of her spare time is spent looking after her horse and she competes her horse at local events. She also enjoys gardening, going to the theatre and reading.
