Mark Hambling Partner in the Personal Injury Department
Mark is a Partner and joint head of the firm’s Personal Injury Department. He has 16 years experience of handling personal injury claims arising from a variety of accidents to include road traffic accidents, accidents at work, slipping and tripping, injuries abroad, criminal injury claims, defective product claims, head/brain injuries, spinal injuries and industrial disease claims.
Mark is a member of The Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel which demonstrates his skills and knowledge of personal injury law has been independently assessed and approved by The Law Society.
In addition to the work highlighted above Mark also conducts claims involving the Motor Insurers Bureau where the client suffering injury is the victim of either an uninsured or untraced motorist. He has full knowledge of the complex agreements which apply to these types of cases.
Mark also leads the Personal Injury Department when considering their response to issues of legal costs in personal injury cases and drafts and monitors the firm’s No Win No Fee agreements.
As joint head of the Personal Injury Department Mark handles a varied case load from the most serious of cases to the more modest personal injury claims. Each case is undertaken with the same level of skill, care and attention.
Mark supervises a team of lawyers within the Department handling cases of a varying level.
Instructions are accepted on a No Win No Fee basis. Instructions are also accepted where the client has legal expense insurance and by private instruction.
Mark will see clients in the office, at home, if necessary at hospital and Mark does not seem distance as a bar to the client receiving the best advice from an experienced personal injury lawyer who is a member of The Law Society Personal Injury Panel and Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
