Role:

Mark is an accredited Law Society Specialist and a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel. He is also a senior litigator, accredited with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

Mark specialises in dealing with accident claims for people who have suffered injuries, from very modest cases to more catastrophic injuries. Cases include accidents at work, road traffic accidents and public liability claims. He also deals with claims against the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority, occupier liability claims and has handled claims under the Carriage by Air Act. He also deals with clinical negligence cases.

Mark has handled cases spanning the County Court up to the Court of Appeal and has experiences of cases at Judicial Review level.

Clients:

Mark's instructions are received from existing clients, client recommendations, employers and referrals from contacts who trust him to act on behalf of their friends, colleagues or families.

Career to date:

Mark was born in Norwich and joined Rogers & Norton in 1988. He studied for the Institute of Legal Executive exams and subsequently the Law Society Legal Practice course. In 1998 Mark was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Court and became a Partner at Rogers & Norton the following year.

After work:

The majority of Mark's time is spent with activities with his wife, son and daughter. He also coaches a local football team, of which his son is a member. Mark and his son are Norwich City FC season ticket-holders.
