Marc deals with residential and development conveyancing. His development work covers site acquisition and disposals and related matters to include options, unilateral undertakings, road and drainage agreements, deeds of grant and other developer-related matters.

The residential work covers all aspects of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties and attendant mortgage work.

Clients:

Marc acts for a number of residential development clients and house builders on development-related matters. In addition he acts for clients of the firm in connection with sale and purchases of residential properties, having over 23 years of experience in this area. For most people, buying a house and/or selling a house is the single largest transaction of their lives. Marc and his team help to guide clients through the process and make the transaction of a house purchase or a house sale as stress-free as possible.

Marc's Residential Conveyancing Department is one of the most well-respected teams of residential conveyancers in the region.

Career to date:

Marc was educated at Howsham Hall Preparatory School, York, and Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, Penrith. He studied Law at Leeds Polytechnic and trained with another Norwich firm before joining Rogers & Norton in 1992. He became a partner in 1994.
