Hayley deals with all areas of conveyancing and has over 10 years' post-qualification experience in residential property, dealing with sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered land. She also deals with remortgages, right-to-buys, transfers of equity, sale and purchase of parts of land, new builds and lifetime mortgages (equity release). |

Hayley represents a range of mainly private clients, from first-time buyers to private investors. Her thorough and helpful attitude is perfectly suited to the Rogers & Norton approach to client care and is regularly praised by satisfied R&N clients. |
Career to date: |
Hayley trained in London and has worked in both high street firms and a Top 10 law firm before qualifying. She moved to Buckinghamshire shortly after qualifying, working mainly for high net worth individuals before returning to East Anglia , where she was raised and educated. Hayley has been based in the Norwich area for eight years and joined Rogers & Norton in 2011. |

To keep fit, Hayley is a regular runner and attends fitness classes. She enjoys watching Norwich City Football Club matches at Carrow Road , reading, socialising and cooking for friends.
