Role: |
Bruce specialises in commercial property and licensing work. He deals with all types of commercial property transactions including purchases, sales, leases, mortgages and refinancing. As the firm's licensing expert, Bruce deals with all aspects of liquor and entertainment licensing and betting and gaming law. |

Bruce's clients range from individual owner-occupiers and tenants to property companies with nationwide portfolios. On the licensing side, Bruce's clients include multiple operators and festival organisers as well as individual operators of licensed premises in and around Norwich. |
Career to date: |
Brought up in Norwich and North Norfolk, Bruce studied Law at Reading University before returning to Norwich to start his legal career. He started his training contract at another local firm before joining Roger s & Norton in 1991 and becoming a partner two years later. |
What people say: |
"Over the years I have built up a great deal of trust and confidence in the advice given at Rogers & Norton - and particularly by Bruce Faulkner and Richard Etheridge." |
After work: |
Bruce has four children, all of whom swim competitively, so he spends much of his time ferrying them to training and competitions. He is a FINA-qualified swimming referee and an enthusiastic (but not very good) coach to his son's football team. |
