Role: |
Debbie works within the Residential Property Department. She has much experience in dealing with residential freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and unregistered land. She also specialises in repossessions, mortgage rescues and right-to-buys. |
Clients: |
Debbie acts for a number of clients in the Residential Property Department. The majority of her clients are existing private clients but she has also acted for businesses such as Aviva and Norfolk Homes. She enjoys acting for first-time buyers and prides herself in making the process clear and easy to understand. |
Career to date: |
Educated in Devon, she completed the Institute of Legal Executive course in London while working for Simmons & Simmons, a leading international law firm. Debbie qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives while at another city firm in Norwich in 2005. Debbie joined Rogers & Norton in October 2006. |

After work: |
Apart from running around looking after children, Debbie also volunteers at the Meadowgreen Dog Rescue Centre in Norfolk and is a parent governor at Cavell Primary School, Norwich . She enjoys socialising with friends and dining out. Debbie also spent many months travelling around the world before having a family. |
