Role: |
Lauren advises individuals and businesses from initial set-up/incorporation through to the sale and purchase of businesses. She also advises companies, including associated banking and finance, share sales and reorganisations, management buy-outs and buy-ins, amendments to articles of association, statutory compliance, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, other commercial contracts and general company law matters.
Lauren also specialises in all aspects of commercial freehold and leasehold properties, including sales and purchases, leases, mortgages and refinancing. |
Clients: |
Lauren provides advice to a wide range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships and companies - ranging from small start-ups to multi-million pound corporations. Although the majority of commercial property clients are local businesses and investors, they also include banks, major landowners and pension schemes as well as landlords and tenants of industrial, retail and office premises. |
Career to date: |
Lauren joined Rogers & Norton as a trainee in 2004 after completing both a law degree and the LPC in Oxford . Lauren qualified as a solicitor in September 2006 and currently works with Bruce Faulkner and Richard Etheridge in the firm's Company Commercial and Commercial Property Departments. |

Lauren enjoys keeping fit by regularly visiting the gym and has been a keen skier since childhood. Avidly passionate about travelling and experiencing different cultures, Lauren has travelled extensively to countries including North America, Canada, Bermuda, Mauritius and Europe. |
