Role: |
Steven specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing, which includes buying and selling freehold or leasehold properties, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and the purchase of buy-to-let investment properties. |
Clients: |
Steven is instructed by a number of private clients from Norfolk and Suffolk. Steven is well known by the local estate agents in and around the Norfolk area and as a consequence receives a great deal of work from recommendations given directly from the estate agents. Over the years, Steven has built up a relationship with the developer JS Bloor Ltd and, as a result, is on its panel of approved conveyancers. Steven acts on behalf of many clients when they buy a new home in one of JS Bloor's East Anglian development sites.
Steven's particular area of specialism is the buy-to-let market. He acts for a number of professional landlords and property investor groups. |
Career to date: |
Educated at Sprowston High School, Steven originally spent 12 years at Leathes Prior before joining Rogers & Norton in 2006. Steven became a partner of the firm in April 2010. |
