Role: |
Aileen advises on a wide range of issues including wills, probate, administration of estates, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and inheritance tax planning. In appropriate circumstances, Aileen also manages the affairs of clients who are unable to do so personally due to mental or physical incapacity. |
Clients: |
Aileen is happy to advise a wide range of clients from all walks of life and in varying circumstances, such as those looking ahead and planning for their own future, suffering from bereavement or dealing with the ill-health or incapacity of a friend or relation. |
Career to date: |
After graduating with an honours degree in Law and Accounting, Aileen completed her training through the Institute of Legal Executives while based in Great Yarmouth and Gorleston under the supervision of a former president of the Law Society. She joined Rogers & Norton in 2004 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2006. Aileen is also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Law Society Private Client section. |

Aileen is an active qualified volunteer leader of Girlguiding Norfolk, holding numerous roles both at a local and county level. As well as the usual meetings, special events and residential experiences throughout the UK and abroad, she is undertaking Girlguiding UK's Trainer's Qualification, enabling her to pass on her knowledge and experience to others. |
